An heirloom salad mustard greens, with large succulent leaves. Excellent for eating in salads, stir fries or kimchis; but equally suited for traditional desi saags! The pungency is a little less than regular mustard, and its a lot more enjoyable to eat in our opinion. In saags it still adds a beautiful and unmistakable mustard note towards the end, without overpowering other flavors.
 
Easy to grow, and sets plentiful seeds, many of which will naturally fall  on the soil and regrow! But there is no concern of them becoming weeds as they are very easy to pull our, and always useful in kitchens!
