Chinsaga Spinach (Aka Ethiopian kale, African cabbage, edible spider flower, Edible cleome) is an African leafy green crop. The plant is super easy to grow, quick to harvest and produces even more as you keep harvesting it. the leaves are tasty, nutritious, and medicinal. The leaves are high in nutrients like vitamins and minerals and are also said to poses potent healing properties against sinus problems. Keep harvesting stalks just as the first flowers open, to promote branching and leafy growth. Once the flowers bloom, they will quickly form seeds and the plant wills top growing. The seeds should be left to dry fully on the plant and then harvested. They poses a natural dormancy period, so will not germinate for another 4-6 months after harvest, so you will have to collect them and store them for that time to replant them later! (Or let them fall across the ground and naturally grow once they are ready)
