Seeds of this variety were shared with us by our farmer friend in Uttarakhand. A winter flower, Chamomile is also one of our favorite herbs to use in herbal tea mixes (On that note, have you checked out our herbal tea blends yet?!) Extremely delicious, with potent medicinal properties including stimulating deep relaxation and stress relief (couldn't we all use that!) Chamomile plants are abundant bloomers, with a lovely fragrance to the flowers. Regularly harvesting of flowers results in even more blooms, and blooms can be used fresh or shade dried and stored for the rest of the year!
